This course is focusing on pregnancy side-effects. Most pregnancy will cause body exhausts and leg or ankle swelling. There are some poses and gentle stretches help eliminate the discomforts come along with pregnancy, hence, the exercises on pelvis and back are essential. Moreover, the changes of body shape sometimes make the pregnant women upset, yoga workout can also help relieve stress.
This gentle yoga course contains several parts: hip relaxation, head to knee forward, butterfly, half squat, hero pose, dynamic half little boat and some gentle relax like lotus and corpse pose.
